The Hubhouse building system combines the building envelope, central services Hub, ventilation, energy systems, quality assurance and commissioning into a single integrated approach, creating high-performance, energy-efficient homes designed for Australian conditions.
As Hubhouse grows, we are establishing long-term relationships with carefully selected suppliers whose products meet our performance and quality standards. These partnerships will help deliver consistent quality, dependable product availability and a smoother, more efficient building process for every Hubhouse.
Throughout construction, key stages are inspected, documented and tested to ensure every home performs as intended. The result is a healthier, more comfortable, energy-efficient home built to deliver long-term durability, lower running costs and improved quality.
This standard will become the foundation of the Hubhouse certification and licensing model, ensuring every certified Hubhouse is built to the same rigorous standards of design, performance and craftsmanship, regardless of who builds it.
As the Hubhouse certification program grows, we intend to work with industry partners to recognise the long-term value of certified Hubhouses through products, services and incentives available exclusively to certified homeowners.
