Hubhouse is a modern efficient construction system, centered around a dedicated services and technology and services hub.
This hub brings together the home’s key systems into a single organised location, simplifying construction while delivering improved performance, easier maintenance and future adaptability.
Our integrated construction methodology reduces complexity on site. Precision-manufactured components improve accuracy, reduce waste and help shorten construction timeframes.
Comfort is not created by heating and cooling systems alone. It begins with orientation, insulation, airtightness, glazing and ventilation working together as a complete system.
Fresh filtered air, improved humidity control and better indoor air quality contribute to a healthier living environment throughout the year.
A highly insulated building envelope combined with passive solar design, solar energy generation and efficient systems helps reduce ongoing energy costs.
Every Hub House follows a structured quality assurance process supported by documentation, testing, verification and staged sign-offs.
Technology continues to evolve. Hub House is designed so future systems can be integrated more easily as requirements change over time.
Hubhouse will be constructing a showcase home that documents the complete journey from concept through to completion.
The project will provide us with the opportunity to test, refine and continually improve every aspect of the Hubhouse system in a real-world setting. Through regular updates, we will share the progress of the build, including what works well, what we learn along the way, and where the system continues to evolve.
Following completion, there will be a period when we welcome interested visitors to experience the finished home in person. We will provide an introduction to the Hubhouse approach, talk through the completed project and answer any questions.
